Wow! Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection, but that honestly doesn't capture the layers of love and focus that each dish is prepared with. One bite of the French toast and I was 8 years old excitedly wolfing down the sweet and eggy slices of nostalgia.

This place was great. We had all four gravies. They have 4 beer taps. They need to figure out how to get gravy to come out of those. The gods and staff were first rate. There is a lot of love in their food. They should add a dinner service.

Grits N' Gravy is a great little breakfast/brunch spot in downtown! If you're sick of long brunch lines, and want great food with reasonable prices and no wait, me and my foodie friends highly recommend them! Plus, it's great to support a black-owned small business.

I stopped by for brunch before my flight. It's a small spot, and it was completely packed for Saturday brunch. The vibe was nice in there so I could see why! They were playing great music. I was able to sit at the bar and enjoy my meal. I ordered chicken and waffles with a side of turkey bacon.

Got there late on a Sunday with about half an hour to closing. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Food was delicious and you can tell it was made with love. I got the chicken and waffles plate and my gosh was the chicken just perfect!
